What is the pay week?

The pay week is Monday to Sunday and you will be paid the following Friday.

What do I do with my timesheets?

The supervisor or leading hand onsite will manage the timesheets. Please refer to your notification of contract as to who the Supervisor or Leading hand on your job is. On smaller labour hire contracts where PGC does not have a supervisor or leading hand assigned, timesheets can be printed from this link (Add Link) completed and  emailed to timesheets@pgcresources.com.au on Mondays.

Please ensure dates, hours work and shifts have been noted when submitting your timesheet.

Who do I contact if I require assistance?

Your first point of contact should always be your PGC supervisor or leading hand. If they are not available please contact your PGC Consultant on the office line 08-64248977. If you require urgent assistance outside normal office hours. PGC is contactable via the “After Hours Assist” number 0499 032 023

Who do I inform if I require health or safety assistance?

You should immediately inform your supervisor and then call PGC Resources on the numbers above

What PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) do I require?

Each site has different requirements please refer to your notification of contract as to what you are required to bring prior to mobilisation. Generally for shutdown work, a PPE pack will be issued prior to mobilisation which includes isolation locks, hard hat, gloves, glasses, camel pack and shirts. You are required to bring your own pants and boots. If this is applicable to you, you will be advised once you are locked in on a job

Do I wear PPE on the plane when mobilizing to site?

Yes, you must wear full PPE on your flight

What do I do if I am locked in a job but cannot attend?

PGC require a sufficient amount of time if you cannot attend a job. Once locked in, you have committed to the dates given. Should you be unable to attend due to a serious situation that cannot be avoided, you must contact your PGC consultant immediately via verbal communication only. SMS and email notification will not be accepted

What do I do if I miss a flight?

Contact your PGC Consultant immediately via the above numbers

How often do I need to attend a medical?

Medical validity varies from site to site however PGC have a standard of 1 year for all Pre-Employment & Commercial Drivers medicals and 28 days for all drug & alcohols tests
